Randy Harrod serves as a C12 Group Chairman for the central Florida area. He is married to his wife Linda and they have one daughter, Christie, who is a student at the University of Florida. Randy is an ordained Deacon, actively serving as a Bible-study leader and Financial Administrator for his Church.

In addition to his service through C12, Randy is President and CEO of Harrod CPA Group, an accounting firm, which he founded in 2000 to offer financial, operational and management experience to small and mid-sized business organizations through a web-based solution. His accomplishments include earning the e-Practice Partner of the Year award from Intacct Corporation for visionary excellence at the NetGain 2003 Conference in San Jose, California. Intacct presents an award each year to the partner showing innovation and excellence in delivering the e-based accounting system and in marketing e-business initiatives.

Randy has 30 years experience in corporate accounting with 25 years experience in multi-corporation accounting operations in the homecare field. Prior to the formation of his firm, Randy served as CFO for InHome Medical, a Florida-based group of affiliated Healthcare and Pharmacy companies designing, implementing and managing all centralized accounting, management information systems, and internal control policies and procedures for 15 corporations. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia and is certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and holds a BBA degree from Valdosta State University.
